Project Manager Package

This package is for the client who has some of the planning done and due to time constraints or other reasons needs assistance in getting to the finish line. We are able to pick up where the client left off and making sure that the event meets their goals and is done within budget.

This package includes the Junior Associates plan PLUS:

• Up to 30 hours of two event coordinators services
• Attend 5 vendor meetings
• Create custom timeline & budget
• Custom CD of Vital Event Info & Planning Tools (forms, RSVP tracker, seating charts & more)
